Merge peaks from three replicates #17

Hello, I was trying to merge peaks from a set of three replicates, and noticed merge_peaks is only suitable for a set of two replicates. Is there any way to merge peaks from three replicates? Thank you in advance.

You could try using Skipper which can handle more than two replicates. https://github.com/YeoLab/skipper
