[Request]: LUA Scripting API #178

Solution

Adding a LUA script manager

Reason

For the sake of HorseMenu's future, adding a lua scripting api and completely moving recovery options to an external lua script would be great.

Additional context

I know Take2 has abandoned RDO, but that doesn't mean they won't be taking action against the menu. RDO is still a source of income for them.

@Rxann Please? This would take you like an hour tops? Idk because I hate cpp but it would definitely relieve some stress off the developers since most fun feature requests or recovery stuff would be possible to implement in Lua.
