Hi Manjusst,
I am so sorry for missing your question. In default, CMplot could only output three types of file formats by the option. But the file format is not limited, if you set the parameter "file.putput=FALSE", then you could output whatever you want with series of setting in R, and then may it be easily edited by other softwares.
Best wishes,
Lilin
Hi Lilin, Hope you are doing good. I made nice plots, thanks for the package. But when I want to edit them in illustrator, so I want to save them in pdf format. I have problems with opening the pdf format generated in this package. This may be because the pdf is interactive?? If I use either jpg or tiff, I see a pixel break in the images. So do you have any other means to save them in vector format for easy editing? Could you please help me out. Kind regards, Manjusst
