Refactor: Rework BasicWeakRefsTestSuite to be more in-line with newer tests

Description

Currently BasicWeakRefsTestSuite features several facts that contains a number of tests within them, that could benefit from being split up into their own facts, as well as adding some comments and updating the assert descriptions.
