Clean button does not function from IDE for GMRT

Start GameMaker
Build for GMRT
press the Clean button
Open the build folder
See the issue

This is now merged in for 0.9.0. The IDE changes have gone into develop for the August beta builds. Until that point the YYPC clean function cannot be called from within the IDE
