Replaced deprecated 'quote_shell_string' function by shlex.quote https://github.com/Checkmk/checkmk/commit/3c746adca4da525a13f2a9ce02ee2a64e238f92f

Thanks for the PR - last week i already started to migrate & test the existing extensions. I will integrate your change than inside a pure 2.2 version. There are more changes between 2.1 and 2.2 that i must address.
