Steam Deck: Gzdoom launches into invisible window in gamemode #170

I'm using the flatpack of both DoomRunner and GZDoom and they both work separately and technically together. But in gamemode gzdoom launches into an invisible uninteractable window that I only know is there from the music playing. Note: this only happens when I use the flatpack of DR.
