FPK-307: Rework for treeshaking #52

Flagpack core 2.0.0

First implementation of the major change for flagpack-core 2.0.0, which will make the package treeshakable.

Changes

This change includes

Moving flags to the dist folder, which can be imported at location "flagpack-core/lib/flags/size/name.svg"
Adding CLI scripts to generate these folders based on the svg folder
Adding type support

Todo

[x] Implementation of treeshaking
[x] Remove the unsupported flags that no longer exist on our flaglist from the svg folder
[ ] Update the docs
[x] Update flags and add the new designs of certain flags
