Publish domain changes with sbot #13

as discussed here https://git.coopcloud.tech/PeachCloud/peach-workspace/issues/127#issuecomment-13603, peachpub made a change to publish the domain being used with the sbot, so that the domain gets gossiped to peers

This PR integrates this change into the yunohost package appropriately for the change_url and install functions
