Add memcached to dependancies #3

Hi,

Memcached is missing from dependancies and so on, SOGo is producing errors when running:

SERVER HAS FAILED AND IS DISABLED UNTIL TIMED RETRY

This add memcached to the dependancies list and fix the problem. Thanks,
