Describe the solution you'd like For example,I want to make an interactive bot that can talk to multiple users through "messaging" or notes.

This project does not appear to be very active. If you are still interested in this feature, you can create a bot in a project I am creating called MiPA as an alternative until it is supported by Misskey.py.
