Download of "Nature picture" failed, error: SETTINGS invalid number of concurrent streams

Download of "Simple Overview Pager" failed, error: SETTINGS invalid number of concurrent streams

it doesn't matter which image or widget, the error occurs with all of them.

There is new error in Qt that causes this issue:

  1. Please backport patch to fix bug in Qt that causes downloading from KDE's Get New Stuff to fail https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2099267

  2. Unable to download from Settings with error "invalid number of concurrent streams" https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=455540

Let's wait for new Qt build with fix applied.

sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2022-8e18fb08e6

works now without problems
