Intermittent remote DVR Search by Time/Event #7

During testing, when viewing a remote DVR (using DDNS address), normal video viewing would work well and Search by Time or Event would produce log results.

Most of the time, entering a Day/Time or selecting a line from the Event search results would play back the selected, recorded video.

However, intermittently the app would not play back video, instead just displaying the grid or single channel view as a Gray screen with the Channel Number(s). Despite this, returning to the normal view would still display live video with no problems.

This did not occur often, and only occurred when viewing remote DVRs via their DDNS address.

Request Deeplet test Search by Time/Event extensively with remote DVRs, perhaps in conditions where network bandwidth is limited at the DVR site, to see if they can duplicate this result and resolve this intermittent issue.

We didn't see the situation so far. May need more test to duplicate the situation.
