fix some typos #90

Hi,

first of all, this elmish book is awesome!!! Thank you for writing it.

Here are a few typos I found.

In previous chapters are also some but as I was reading I was to lazy to fork the repo.

If you find such pull requests helpful please tell me and I will read the previous chapters again and correct them.

Also, I found that the "Code Spell Checker" extension in VS Code also helps in finding typos.

Absolutely, that would be great! It is really hard to find typos in my own writing and will accept all kinds of PRs that improve the content for the readers :smile:

Also, I found that the "Code Spell Checker" extension in VS Code also helps in finding typos.

I used to use one but it was very distracting where I had to explain to it what that many technical terms are actual words. I will try to look for a better spell checker and see how it goes.
