Windows: Allow list not working in latest release #111

Allow list for Windows doesn't seem to work on the latest build. For example : [Launchers] allow_file = D:\LaunchBox\BigBox.exe

Error message after scanning NFC card: Specified path is not in the allow list.

same config file works fine with tapto-windows_amd64-2.0.0-dev3
