Version 2.0 of the mod #8

This bumps the version of the mod to 2.0

This includes:

Rework/rewrite of VanillaPlus
Restore FD functionality
Add safeio support
Fix most auth errors
Check for incompatible mods and warn the user if they have one
Independent of Northstar.Client (~35 unused files for Vanilla no longer load)

I'm going to merge this myself as I have the perms to, I'll be watching over release to make sure that it works as well in testing as it does in release and will release a hotfix/hotfixes to solve any issues that come up. Worst case worst, I have multiple backups of 1.3.4 we can revert to
