Sisyphean Insurrectionist causes UST Debug thing to temporarily vanish #21

Describe the bug when the insurr makes a noise, the ust.debug thing vanishes (presumably any SisypheanVoiceX instance)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable ust.debug (extended or not works fine)
  2. spawn insurrectionist and wait for an attack
  3. ust.debug disappears on attack

Expected behavior i expected the ust.debug to continue existing

Added thing, please see: The Insurrectionist in general cannot have its sounds modified, please fix </3

This should have been fixed a while ago. Reopen if it still happens somehow
