Remove Planetwars WHR

• Remove ratings from PW ladders, order by attack points only
• Replace clan and faction PW rating by casual rating
• Ranks can only be gained on Casual and MM ladders
• PW Matches are treated as casual battles

This would generally reduce complexity of ratings for infra and fix #2217

They can't count as MM because MM assumes fair skill difference, and PW doesn't. Casual makes sense, PW is usually more competitive than 16v16zkdsd.

You don't have to assign a rating to a game. They can just not count for any rating.

That's bad. The more games we exclude from ratings the less representative our ranks become.

Just remove from ranking. These games are not going to be balanced especially if we add more ingame stuff. This is not a game type to base rank upon

If you absolutely must have a rating here, then separate PW only one which is not going anywhere else is acceptable.

A separate ranking that is not visible anywhere and does not affect anything is indistinguishable from no rating. I guess no rating is also fine.
