Inconsistent results #146

SwiFTP is unmaintained! Your bug report will be ignored! File it anyway if
you want.

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
Whenever I try to use Swiftp to file transfer without using a cable, the 
results are inconsistent. Sometimes, I need to use Filezilla first and then 
WinSCP will connect. Sometimes I need to use WinSCP first, sometimes FTPing 
just doesnt work AT ALL.

What version of SwiFTP are you using?
Swiftp server 1.2.4

What operating system are you using?
2.3.3 Gingerbread, Apex 2.0 RC3 rom.

Which FTP client are you using?
FileZilla and WinSCP

Which Android device and version do you have (Nexus, Droid, Hero, G1,
etc.)?
Droid 2 CDMA
