Team's Response

This is expected behavior as mentioned in our UG. The intent of this feature is for the user to have a quick overview on their CS2040CFiles.

 Issue response

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: The failure of the dev team to specify the behavior of a list in the corresponding section can cause confusion for users. In the absence of accurate instructions, users may naturally expect list to behave in a certain way based on their general knowledge and experience with similar tools or systems. This discrepancy between user expectations and actual behavior is a usability issue and can be considered a bug. While the dev team may have stated that the information is elsewhere in the user guide, it is still a bug because the information should be easily accessible in the relevant section. It is not reasonable to expect the user to search through the entire user guide to find information that should be readily available.

In the list section of the user guide does not contain the information that was mentioned by the developer team. Screenshot 2023-04-20 at 9.15.17 AM.png

## Issue severity Team chose [`severity.VeryLow`] Originally [`severity.Medium`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** ![Screenshot 2023-04-20 at 9.39.16 AM.png](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ZiqiuZeng/pe/main/files/6dfb8ce8-28c0-41b6-80d9-f3b89dc8da3a.png) User confusion: Users who are expecting to find the missing information in the list section of the user guide may be confused and inconvenienced by its absence. This could result in users spending more time and effort trying to find the information they need, or potentially making errors due to a lack of clarity. Violation of expectations: The absence of information related to the sequence of the list in the corresponding section of the user guide may violate users' expectations and common sense. This may lead to a negative perception of the software. User experience: The usability and user experience of the software can be impacted by issues that, while not critical, still hinder the user's ability to effectively utilize the software. It is the dev team's responsibility ensuring that the user guide is comprehensive and easy to follow.
