Respond in a user's name when he declares himself to be AFK #86

an auto-responder for AFK messages in the chat, like when I get pinged and I left and I triggered !!/respond blah it should ping the pinger back with blah.

Hm. I can see this being useful, but also potentially annoying.

At the very least, it should be rate limited. It's not uncommon for someone to get pinged several times while afk, and if the bot responds to each instance, it could be pretty annoying.

Not so sure how much of value it is. If you're afk, then what's to say? "Bob is AFK"? The user can figure it out when you don't reply.

@Zirak the user gets to choose the message for the AFK like !!/afk watching a movie, be back any minute now or !!/afk I'm off to the weekend, see you on Monday . It can link to the original !!/afk message , it gets canceled if the user posts another message since the !!/afk

I think it'd be fine if it just removed you from the afk list once you post a message after the afk command.

Possible improvements: [x] Make the reply throttle room specific [x] Pair leaving/returning messages (remember to pick up milk => where's the milk?) [ ] I forgot what the 3rd one was
