Apparently empty line in Kourend hard diary helper

Not really sure what's going on here; the item requirements line is empty, but has an info icon which seems to indicate it would be for a Xeric's talisman? In this case, I've already completed the "Teleport to Xeric's Heart using Xeric's talisman" step.
