Support CD audio over I2S shields on GPIO header #120

The ZuluIDE RP2040 Compacts now supports I2S audio for CD audio playback. This is useful for bin/cue files that have CD audio tracks. It emulates the analog audio out on CD-ROM drives, which some games required for sound track playback.

The pin mapping is as follows:

ZuluIDE -> I2S
-----------------
GPIO12  -> BCLK
GPIO13  -> WS
GPIO14  -> SD
