Show sanitary dump stations #792

It is possible to add the 'RV Toilet Disposal' poi to the map in the app (amenity=sanitary_dump_station) but could it also show? Currently it is possible to add the poi but since the map does not show it, creating duplicates is a risk.

Huh. Idk why I added this tag to excludes, but removed in 5.2.
