Some clients have black background with jellybean android.

I couldn't reproduce this exactly problem with AVD emulator images, but not the colors are explicitly defined instead of using a built-in theme.

Box colors are still black for some users -> this needs to be fixed

After getting device with this problem to debug with, I think that I've found the problem and fixed it.
