Version 3.0 not available on maven. #14

When searching maven, only version 2.0 of spark-gdelt can be found and when clicking on Maven Central 3.0 in the repo, it returns "Cannot GET /maven-central/com.aamend.spark.spark-gdelt".

Noticed that when searching Maven directly, it can be found: https://search.maven.org/artifact/com.aamend.spark/spark-gdelt/3.0/jar. However, the link on the main repo page is still broken.
