Mismatch in Target user profile and NFR #13

The target user profile specifies that the application is For users that are familiar with the CLI and can type fast. However the NFR just says it has to be usable without taking the constraint you have previously set in you target user profile.

Team's Response

The NFR states that we have to create a user-friendly CLI application with clear instructions. The target user profile and NFR are linked, as just because our target profile states its for users who can use the CLI and can type fast, does not mean we cannot make it user-friendly.
