What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start transmission remote
2. See two error messages
3. Start it second time
4. Works fine
It happens relatively rarely.

OS: Windows 7 x86
Transmission: 2.42 (13013)
Remote: 3.24 (rev 3)
