Ability to include/exclude certain items from the split

Per the requester:
"So persons 1 2 had item x they would share the value and not person 3 for 
example."

Currently, entire bill split evenly. This results in that if only two people 
want to enjoy a bottle of 
nice wine, everyone must share its cost.

Challenge: present this feature without extremely complicating the interface or 
limiting the number of diners.
