Prepare arbitrum deployment

Collect the following data to prepare the protocol deployment to Arbitrum:

• Chainlink price feeds addresses

• Token addresses

Configuration needs to be adapted for both Arbitrum rinkeby testnet and mainnet. The following assets are set to be listed:

• DAI
• USDC
• USDT
• WBTC
• WETH
• LINK
• AAVE
