Download links are broken #1

Dear Mr. Babier,

I'm doing my PhD in automated proton therapy treatment planning at the Paul Scherrer Institut in Switzerland. I think this dataset looks very interesting and would like to assess whether it suits my project. However, the link in the script seems to be broken. Is it possible to update the link?

Hi Renato,

Thanks for your interest in this dataset, and for letting me know that there was a problem with the download scripts. I'll look into the issue more later tonight and push a fix to the scripts asap.

In the mean time, you can still download the data by running the commands below in your command line:

Core data

wget --no-check-certificate -r https://onedrive.live.com/download?cid=2150C5A213E729E3&resid=2150C5A213E729E3%21111&authkey=ADPFvxMczc2uPy8 -O core-data.zip

unzip core-data.zip

rm core-data.zip

Experiment data

wget --no-check-certificate -r https://onedrive.live.com/download?cid=2150C5A213E729E3&resid=2150C5A213E729E3%21112&authkey=AOZCC_VhkeboAss -O experiments-data.zip

unzip experiments-data.zip

rm experiments-data.zip

Thanks for your quick answer. I was actually referring to these links, they return a 404 error for me. :grimacing:

Oh that's weird, I only get the 404 when I run sh data_download_commands/patients_and_predictions.txt. I can still download the data by entering the commands in that txt file or going directly to https://onedrive.live.com/download?cid=2150C5A213E729E3&resid=2150C5A213E729E3%21111&authkey=ADPFvxMczc2uPy8 via my browser. I'll look into creating a new link later tonight (on EDT).

I updated the data download commands so that they no longer throw a 404 error. Can you let me know if they work for you?
