We opted to update this repo instead of linking to a separate one, see https://github.com/aBARICHELLO/godot-ci/pull/15.

[x] Modify Dockerfile to build mono https://github.com/aBARICHELLO/godot-ci/pull/16
[x] Add new builds to docker hub
[x] Update readme with usage instructions for the mono image
