no support for http but for https #8

The :heart: heroku :heart: offers free SSL on herokuapp. So we just need to redirect all the http connections to https. Heroku tells us about the protocol used by X-Forwaded-Proto header and that's all we need

implementing the middleware on heroku called https secure used in production mode
