Cropping a fragment before setting sampling rate doesn't produce an error #37

Steps to reproduce:

  1. open the terminal
  2. initialize codec
  3. add audio
  4. add fragment
  5. crop fragment

Expected result: error asking to sample rate

Actual result: Status: 0
