Replace front hatch O-ring #24

Front hatch is leaking, also buy vaseline to help seal.

We should already have a big tub of Vaseline somewhere in one of the labs.

25 might be a more permanent solution if it works

25 addresses a separate leak. This leak is where the hatch wont seal around the lid when its screwed on (so probably a faulty o-ring). The possible leak in #25 is around where the hatch attaches to the deck (like we found on Dewi at sailbot '16). Both are separate leaks and both need fixing.

How did you conclude they were different leaks and both existed?

This one definitely exists as water was under the lid (between lid and oring, and running down into the boat) after the water test. The other leak may or may not exist (the hatch appears to be coming away from the deck though, so its worth sealing it just in case).
