Candidate Ficha Tab #12

By default, we need to show the Ficha Tab, that includes basic information

DESIGN NOTES Figma File

The Ficha tab is active by default when user visits the page
Each piece of information is displayed using the same component
The sections to display are:
- Información Académica
- Experiencia Laboral
- Ingreso de Bienes y Rentas
In case Information is not available, we don't show it

TO DO

[ ] Design a general empty state in case none information has been pulled.

hey @ederrengifo we wonder about what would be shown in the sections that don't have information and where it should be shown the postgraduate information
