Jaco2 rebase2 #11

There are a bunch of sandbox files in interface folder, not sure if we want to keep any of them so do with them as you please.

@p3jawors can you test out the example/jaco2 files on the arm and make sure that they run?

The example file works, but you need to add the kinova api files to the test/jaco2 folder
