Implement inline editing of sign language video URLs for admins #1258

Provide the ability for admins to edit the Sign Language video URLs directly from the page the will display the video. This is an alternative and convenience on top of what is described in #1257.

When an admin user visits a page that includes content that has been identified as sign language interpretable, a button with a pencil icon would appear near where the sign language video is or would be shown. Clicking that button would show some input fields allowing the sign language video referencers (URLs/IDs) to be added/edited.

@cherylhjli, this is something that @greatislander and I talked about the other day. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions about this?

I'm not sure how feasible this feature is. There are many ASL/LSQ videos on portions of the site that a site admin does not have access to. Such as setting up a public page for a community connector.
