Update README.md with special XM125 baud rate instructions #148

per issue 138 the xm125 does not work with the auto baud rate. this documentation is a quick fix that will allow people to use to the xm125 chip provided they manually configure their baud rate

Issue 138 uses a breakout board from Sparkfun: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/24540

This has nothing to do with the limitations of XM125 itself, it is a limitation on the Sparkfun breakout board.

XM125 supports 2000000 baudrate which gets set from auto baud rate. But the Sparkfun breakout board does not.
