Medical - Add pain

When merged this pull request will:

• Add pain as a passive regenerating scripted hit zone that receives damage from physical hit zones
• Add white flash screen effect that scales with pain intensity
• Change morphine effect from healing physical hit zones to healing pain hit zone instead

Current configurations:

• Pain hit zone (configured in DamageManager_Character_Base.ct):
  • Max health: 100
  • Min health for pain: 80
  • Max health for max pain intensity: 33.3
  • Passive regeneration: 20 per 3 minutes
  • Base damage multiplier: 0.5
  • Multiplier for receiving damage from physical hit zones: 1.0
• Morphine (configured in SCR_ConsumableItemComponent of MorphineInjection_01.et):
  • Lasts: 60 seconds (Vanilla is 25 seconds)
  • Regenerates: 5 per second (Vanilla is 0.5 per second)
