Epi Status Messages:

Improved status messages when attempting to push epi on a patient
- "Too injured" will display if the medkit can still be used on the player to heal. This is determined by getting each hitzones scaled health and comparing to the max heal limit for the medkit.
- "Critically injured" will display if the patient is critically injured, and the medkit can no longer heal them.
