view-points - name argument for entries in file panel

Could we please get a string argument for the naming of different parts when calling viewpoints.

e.g.

  view-points "xyz.csv;fields=x,y,z;name=static_pointcloud"

which would result in the string 'static_pointcloud' as one of the toggle views on the file panel.

if i find an hour (which may be a problem on the coming few weeks), i will do it
