Update: test LTS version of all dependencies #25

This issue might seem like a duplicate of https://github.com/achille-martin/simple-pyqt-cross-platform-app/issues/1.

This will replace it eventually, as the first issue did not lead anywhere.

After further offline tests, there is hope that LTS versions of dependencies can be installed and used to generate the latest app versions. This means that it might be possible to use the latest features of all dependencies, which means that the folder can be upgraded anytime there is a dependency upgrade.
