Error on UML Package in drawing "type=Package"

Attached is an example file that reproduces the problem (tested with 13.2 on 
Windows 7).

Basically, there is a level were the drawing of connections is incorrect 
between levels. This works with the similar construct for the deprecated 
package.

I've attached an example .uxf that shows the problem and the working version 
using the deprecated stuff.
