Add spanish internationalization #13

I would love to translate pages to Spanish to lean both technically and linguistically. It would make maintenance more difficult and I'd have to figure out the structure.

Suggested URL structure: Subfolder

English Spanish
/ /es/
/blog /es/blog
/blog/2020/01/01/post-name/ /es/blog/2020/01/01/post-name/

Someone wrote a guide for eleventy

Closing. I'm already backlogged on dev and writing. Can reopen when I have more bandwidth and a way to get my translations reviewed.
