Create gen4 rendering backend class #22

For the new categorization (#21) of the rendering generations, start with a gen4 rendering backend. As a starting backend, the already existing backend class can be used.

[x] win32 carrier
[x] ogl4 backend
[x] dx11 backend
[x] xlib carrier
[ ] egl context
[x] glx context
[ ] es3 backend

Working for OpenGL 4 and Direct3D 11.

Linux missing:

xlib carrier
egl context
glx context
es3 backend

Actually did not commit to this issue. There has happened something:

xlib carrier implemented
glx context implemented

It is not perfect but it runs.

I will close this one. See #30 for further dev.
