Update ember and other dependencies to fix deprecations #104

This PR solves acoustep/ember-cli-foundation-6-sass#103 by updating ember to version 3.0 and applying automated fixes using ember-cli-update codemods.

Includes two other minor fixes partially related to the update relating to zf-widget destruction and a fix to call didUpdate when needed.
