refactor!: Remove `bFieldMin` from `estimateTrackParamsFromSeed`

This parameter does not have any benefit for the implementation or interface. The user might have checked or guarantees that the magnetic field is strong enough. At the same time we will check for NaNs at the end. For this reason I propose to remove this parameter to keep the interface clean and concise.
