Can't connect via telnet from a remote client #103

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. attempt to connect via telnet from a remote client
2. connection times out

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I need it to connect, regardless of the IP address source

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Server: Windows 7
Client: putty on Windows 7, and misc telnet clients on Android

I am also having that problem. I have a password set, server enabled, nothing 
connects to it.
