Added HTML canvas that displays twinkling stars on the header of the website. Added more functionality in the mobile version of the site. Users can now click on the menu bar and have a popup of the links displayed. Added more icons in the skills section. Minor format changes to the main page.

Need to add more CSS/JS UI in the main body of the page. Show some more interactivity.
